Terms of use

Use Sentinely responsibly.

Last updated: September 8, 2026

1. Service and accounts

Sentinely is a brand-threat monitoring and evidence workspace operated by Aeygroup. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the people you invite, and the credentials used to access your workspace.

2. Public-source boundaries

Sentinely processes publicly available signals and provider data according to the configured source permissions. Coverage, freshness, and availability vary by source. A signal, score, or recommendation is an aid to human review, not a finding of fact or a substitute for professional, legal, or emergency advice.

3. Responsible use

Do not use Sentinely to harass, surveil private individuals, bypass access controls, violate a platform’s terms, or make automated decisions about a person’s eligibility, safety, or rights. You must have a lawful basis and appropriate authorization for the brands, accounts, and data you monitor.

4. Evidence and decisions

You remain responsible for reviewing evidence, confirming classifications, and deciding whether or how to contact a platform, customer, regulator, or law-enforcement authority. Preserve and share evidence only with people who are authorized to receive it.

5. Changes and contact

We may update the pilot service and these operating terms as the product develops. We will publish the current version here. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@aeygroup.co.

These pilot terms are a product communication and should receive legal review before a broader commercial launch.
