Before you pick a plan

What counts as a mention?
The counter you see is gated mentions: posts that pass our AI relevance gate. Raw ingest stays internal for cost control, so noise filtered out does not burn your allowance the way pre-filter quotas do elsewhere.
What happens if I hit my limit mid-month?
We alert you as you approach your allowance, then pause new collection unless you turn on Flex: $3 per 1,000 mentions past the pool and $10 per 1,000 X mentions past the X sub-cap, up to a monthly ceiling you set. Flex is available on monthly plans; on annual plans collection pauses at the allowance. We never bill overage without an opt-in. Runs already in flight can finish, so usage may land slightly past the limit.
Why is there an X sub-cap?
Official X reads cost about $5 per 1,000 posts. Mentions are pooled across surfaces, so without a 15% X sub-cap a single-surface watch could burn the whole plan on one expensive ear. Other surfaces keep using the remaining pool.
Do you lock me into an annual contract?
No. Plans are monthly by default. Annual prepay saves 10% and still cancels cleanly. It is not a Meltwater-style lock-in.
Are Brand Protection and Revenue Signals billed separately?
Yes. Each module is its own plan with its own allowance, X sub-cap and Flex setting. New workspaces get a 14-day trial at Starter limits for the module they choose.
Which plan should I choose?
Growth if you need broader supported-surface coverage with a lean team. Pro if impersonation protection should be included. Agency if you run multiple client brands and need white-label workspaces. Enterprise when residency, SSO, or written surface scope is required.
