Privacy notice

Measured, not exposed.

This notice explains how Sentinely handles service data and the strict boundaries around product telemetry. Last updated 8 September 2026.

What we process

We process account and workspace information needed to provide Sentinely, along with public-source material that customers ask the service to monitor.

We also process limited product-usage and operational metadata—such as a templated page or API route, event outcome, coarse duration, provider, and service health—to operate, secure, and improve the product.

Analytics boundaries

Sentinely uses Google Analytics, PostHog, and Mixpanel for product and service measurement. Analytics events use random or one-way pseudonymous identifiers and an explicit, low-cardinality event vocabulary.

We do not intentionally send monitored evidence, customer search terms, prompts, message bodies, email addresses, API credentials, form contents, or raw tenant identifiers to these analytics providers. Automatic form capture, site-search capture, and session replay are not part of this implementation.

Why and where

We use this information to deliver the service, detect faults and abuse, understand adoption, improve reliability, and support customer requests. Our providers may process pseudonymous analytics data in the United States or European Union under their applicable data-processing terms.

Retention and control

We retain information only as long as needed for the service, security, legal, and operational purposes described here. Retention varies by data class and workspace configuration.

You can ask about access, correction, deletion, or other applicable privacy rights by contacting hello@aeygroup.co. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where law or security obligations require it.
